It's quite sad, Ramadan month already finished, who knows, we can meet again with Ramadan month next year? Now already a week we celebrated Eid Fitri (Eid Mubarak).

Eid happiness seems wonderful @ my orchid garden...all the weeks, there are lots of orchid blooming @ my garden. Besides my guess here, have a great food, there also have a chances to  see the colorful of orchids in my garden.

Now, a lots of hybrid Cattelya  are blooming...and some from other genera. Species orchid much less blooming now...just a few genus ...only some Cymbidium, Dendrobium,Oncidium and others. These genus's i have many pots, so it's like repeating the same picture...actually it's from different plants...it's seem like 'spot the different'.

What I'm waiting for...is Dendrobium capituliflorum, which have a lots of flower buds...I will attach here later.

  1. Beautiful collection of orchids! I know what uyou mean about photos of orchids looking like they're from the same plant. I have a lot of Dendrobium orchids and quite a few are Dend. 'Erasakul'.
How do you grow your Cattleyas? How much light do you give them? Same as for dendrobiums?

  2. Thanks Sunita for visiting my blog. Your blog nice too...informative and interesting.
Even the orchid are same species/plant...actually i get from different places, so the form of petal/sepal/lip or color may be have some different.
That great you plant orchid too.
The condition for most of the Cattleyas are same as dendrobium, but some needs more shady (Laelia & Sophronitis blood). Average of shade for this genera is around 50-70%.
