Pada 1 October yang lalu, Persatuaon Orkid Perlis (POP) mengadakan pertandingan orkid bulanan. Pertandingan diadakan di tempat biasa iaitu di Taman Rimba Herba, Batu Pahat Perlis.
Tidak ramai peserta yang datang, mungkin kerana keadaan cuaca yang kurang mengizinkan. OdD memang wajib bagi sokongan kepada persatuan ni, sebab dah jadi ahli. Tak banyak pokok yang OdD bawa, cuma 13 pasu ajer. Itu pun yang kurang kualiti, cuma sebagai sokongan kepada persatuan ini. Ada yang menang dan ada yang kalah, itu biasalah adat pertandingan. Jadi di kongsi bersama beberapa gambar dari pertandingan ini.
On 1st October, Perlis Orchid Society (POP) organized the monthly orchid show, which held at Herbal Forest Park (Taman Rimba Herba), Batu Pahat, Perlis.
Not many exhibitors had joined this show, may be the weather on that day not so good, quite heavy rain! As usual OdD give support to this society, perhaps I am the member for this society. Not many plant I bought for this show, just 13 pots. Only few won the prizes, but it is ok, as long as I can support the society. Here I share the beauties of the orchid during the show.

Beautiful pictures. It is hard to find such colorful C. forbesii here, they usually more pale.
